Guest update: COVID-19                 20th March 2020

 

There is no doubt that the COVID-19 crisis is having a far-reaching impact on the world including right across Australia.

In light of this we would like to reassure our Guests about procedures that have been implemented within our Motel to reduce exposure to the virus so that you can rest assured and enjoy your stay.

We have upgraded our cleaning process to include a lot tighter focus on sanitizing in general including bathrooms and all surfaces and touch points throughout the Motel. This also includes items such as keys, door handles, handrails, telephones and remote controls. Antibacterial sanitizer is used to ensure surfaces are clean.

Some key points:

We offer "express check in and check out" should you choose to do so. You will be able to check in and out without physical contact with anyone. This will be a paperless process.

Each room has its own air conditioner unit, we have no ducted units in our Motel.

If you are minimising your contact with people during your stay (keeping a minimum of 1.5m apart) we recommend that you order food deliveries to your room. Let us know if we can assist with a provider.

Our Restaurant will be closed until further notice, however we will be offering room service only, with breakfast and dinner options:

Breakfast: 6.30-8.00am Mon - Fri, 7.00-8.30am weekends. 7 days. Orders in night before.

Dinner: 6.00-7.00pm Mon - Thurs at this stage. Orders at time of check in or night before.

Reception hours: 7.00am-7.00pm 7 days.

It is business as usual though for guests requiring accommodation going forwards in a clean, quiet and friendly environment, our staff will be on hand to help.
